Lincoln Square features over 40k square feet of composite siding panels, in three colors. The panels were provided by Centria. NSSM shop drawings helped manage the dimensions between trades for this fabulous looking building in Bellevue.

Our design modifications helped shave several million dollars off the recladding of Bellevues new city hall. The siding is formed from .063 aluminum in two colors and several profiles.

Take a close look at the flashing as the curved roofs connect. We provided curved pieces in both directions. Also, see the whimsical conductor boxes, welded in the shapes of animals. This is a very cool building.
