The parking structure is masked by a clever louver wall which features a blade orientation that lets in sunlight while minimizing light pollution. We have performed most of the sheet metal on the renovation work at the University Village, which features lots of curves and crisp details.

Take a close look at the flashing as the curved roofs connect. We provided curved pieces in both directions. Also, see the whimsical conductor boxes, welded in the shapes of animals. This is a very cool building.

We supplied the frame system with custom extrusions unique to this project and perforated metal bar grating on this project. Unfortunately, our supplier, McNichols,delayed the project by mis-producing the bar grating. We did our best to minimize the impact on PCL and the rest of the parties. Today the garage is open and looks great.
