This building has been billed the "Greenest Commercial Building in the World." Northshore was brought in early in the design to provide a green, economical cladding system. Metal Sales 20 ga zincalume panels clad the structure.

This zinc job involved twisting barrel roofs and composite panels. Northshore Sheet Metal was awarded ABCs excellence in specialty contruction award for this job. The flat panels were supplied by Rheinzink and fabricated by Keith Panel Systems.
