These 5 buildings amounted to 2X the Husky Stadium. Over 5 million dollars in siding installed in under 6 months. The project features Northclad AL panels and AEP Prestige panels. Five colors and multiple arrays of varying panel reveals create interest. Northshore prefabricated flashings to exact lengths, many pre-mitered, and tracked parts via our coding and labeling system. Product was organized and delivered just-in-time floor by floor. Note the unusual mitered blade Prestige Panel corners, which provide an especially crisp look

PRS Mirabella features thousands of Northclad Aluminum panels in 3 colors. These were fabricated locally in our shop. We performed lots of siding work here, including the perforated metal on the score tower and the exterior walls utilizing several custom colors and various profiles of Centria siding. We did not do the vending booths.

Fuller Sears won awards for the renovation of this old pier building. It has a great combination of color and profile. Challenges during the construction included the tight quarters and the wavy existing building.
