We installed the custom color AEP Prestige siding and the solid aluminum cladding, including the cut out ARTS sign. We have the ability to include CNC machine patterns, logos or letters into your design.

Take a close look at the flashing as the curved roofs connect. We provided curved pieces in both directions. Also, see the whimsical conductor boxes, welded in the shapes of animals. This is a very cool building.

This zinc job involved twisting barrel roofs and composite panels. Northshore Sheet Metal was awarded ABCs excellence in specialty contruction award for this job. The flat panels were supplied by Rheinzink and fabricated by Keith Panel Systems.

PRS Mirabella features thousands of Northclad Aluminum panels in 3 colors. These were fabricated locally in our shop. These 5 buildings amounted to 2X the Husky Stadium. Over 5 million dollars in siding installed in under 6 months. The project features Northclad AL panels and AEP Prestige panels. Five colors and multiple arrays of varying panel reveals create interest. Northshore prefabricated flashings to exact lengths, many pre-mitered, and tracked parts via our coding and labeling system. Product was organized and delivered just-in-time floor by floor. Note the unusual mitered blade Prestige Panel corners, which provide an especially crisp look
