Lincoln Square features over 40k square feet of composite siding panels, in three colors. The panels were provided by Centria. NSSM shop drawings helped manage the dimensions between trades for this fabulous looking building in Bellevue.

Northshore simultaneously performed the sheet metal siding on the hotel and retail portions of Lincoln Square during the installation of the composite panels. Three separate profiles of siding were implemented.

This exterior features over 80K square feet of siding and is readily visible from I-5. The custom color looks great and the windows and other elements were designed to align with certain corrugations.

This zinc job involved twisting barrel roofs and composite panels. Northshore Sheet Metal was awarded ABCs excellence in specialty contruction award for this job. The flat panels were supplied by Rheinzink and fabricated by Keith Panel Systems.
